The sessions are ideal for anyone who wishes to improve their mobility, postural imbalances and fitness. The sessions are a mix of exercise to music and resistance band workouts, all exercises can be adapted for those less confident on their feet and can be completed with the aid of a chair for support. You are expected to monitor your progress on this course.

  • Strength and Fitness Training (13 weeks)

    The strength and fitness sessions incorporate exercises to improve heart and lungs (aerobic) strength, stamina and flexibility. All exercises are adapted to suit a range of abilities, and some resistance work to build strength and muscle tone are included. These sessions are suitable for both sexes and do not contain any floor-based workouts. You will be educated on movement and fitness to help improve technique and impact positively on everyday activities.You are required to complete assessment to record/monitor your progress throughout the course.
